Outlook 203 and Business Contact Manager

Outlook 2003 and Business Contact Manager :

I have Business Contact Manager as part of MS Outlook 2003 on my Dell Latitude D820 laptop. I’m using XP Professional.

Frequently I get an error message that reads:
“Business Contact Manager could not complete your last action or actions. Please try again.” It follows with an “OK” box to click.

I’ve never used Business Contact Manager and know nothing about a “last action or actions.” How can to eliminate these popup error messages, please.

Some users have reported that resting the form cache worked form them;

Follow these steps to reset your form cache (don't worry, it won't hurt you):
1. In Outlook, go to Tools menu > Options.
2. Choose "Other" tab, then "Advanced Options..."
3. Click "Custom Forms..."
4. Click "Manage Forms..."
5. Click the "Clear Cache" button, restart Outlook and try again.

If you have BCM 2003, make sure you've updated it up to Service Pack 3. I recall that there were errors with calculated fields like this that were fixed.
