I'm having problems with outlook express 6. I set up a new internet service (Primus) at my cousin's house. The computer is Win 98 SE. It has Outlook Express 6.0 installed. My cousin uses Outlook Express as her default email. Now it only allows me to recieve email, and not send. I get an error saying "message could not be sent because it was rejected by the server. Temporary local problem try again later" I've tried,trying again later. Its still not working. Any ideas on how to fix the problem?
