outlook express troubles

Have you checked your outgoing server settings?

If they are ok, restart outlook as it often stalls for some reason.
 
go to www.mail2web.com and try to sign in and send an email. If you can send an email, its your outlook or outlook settingsl. If you cannot send mail there it will be your isp mail servers


btw...who is your isp?
