Outlook express

im having problem with a pc while using Outlook express.When making an entry (contact in the address book) it says an error about " not enough disk space to do the following actions"..i dont think its saying normal disk space cuz we have 12gb free.so the problem is with OE itself..any ideas ?
 
Outlook express seems to have a problem when you mailbox reaches 2gb. I think it only with the win9x version but i'm not to sure.
