Outlook File to Copy

I want to copy the contacts, calendar, appointments, etc., from Outlook on one of my computers, to Outlook on a new computer. Which file is the one that I can copy?
 
You need to look in the account settings to determine where the files are stored. Do that or export a PST file with what you want.
 
Import it to a file, then export it on the new system - it will save everything. There are options in the Toolbar, though they vary depending on version. Which one do you have?
