which one should i use?

I'm on a really slow old computer and its just for the Internet. do i use the more basic one (express) or the one with more options (outlook) tasks etc.

what would you recommend performance wise? will there be a much of a difference in system resources being used? as i need to save as much as i can :)

Thanks :D

If you are not going to be creating tasks and a calendar or using an exchange server just use express it will work fine for what you are using. Or you could even try mozilla thunderbird its got a lot of features that outlook and express dont have and it uses little to no resources when running...

yea no problem. I use thunderbird at home because even on my old ass 8 year old laptop that i only use when i want to hang in the living room away from my pc i can use that and get all my gmail and insight accounts in one place and also i can put the gmail into folders which you cannot do in their interface..
