outlook: send email to multipal people, faster way

Hi, how could I use Outlook to send email to multipal people in a faster way?

send everyone the same email, but have to alter the "Dear xxx" part, e.g.:

Dear Annie,
Thx for comming.

Dear Mary,
Thx for comming.

Thank you very much for solving this task for me in advance.

Your better off using a group email program like GroupMail.
