Outlook XP notification

I'm looking for something that will kick off a screen saver or a SWF file when new mail arrives. Simply put, I want a Big "E" to spin in the middle of my screen when I get a new email.

Has anyone seen something like this?

could just build it into the Application_NewMail() call
