Asking whether a certain overclock is safe or not is impossible to answer. See the bottom FAQ of this thread.

Just use "autodetect" to get an idea of what the card will do, test with ATITool, up a little bit more, test, up a little bit more, test.

ya i dont have that mine looks the same except i dont have that the auto overclocking and settings on that page

Well then just use the same procedure, just without the autodetect to bump you up to the starting point. Go in increments of 5-10 Mhz and test for stability with each one.

ok now i got coolbits 2 on ati tool and now rivatuner 2.0 i don know y i got all these but in riva tuner it shows i overclocked it but when i go to my nvidia settings it is on default level so i kinda need help again

I don't understand why you need Riva Tuner at all. It seems you're making it more complicated for yourself, when you can overclock within nVidia's control panel (which, incidentally, I would use for the correct readings).

You say Riva Tuner is registering incorrect readings, perhaps you could post a screenshot if you want to get this cleared up. And please don't make me reach for a magnifying glass to read it... :P

i dont know i am makin this to complicated but i do use nvidias deal now but i test and when it shows green lines across the screen does that mean it is too high?

Um, in a word, YES. I can't believe that the first sign of instability is green lines across the screen. Are you telling me that ATI Tool's artifact detection tool is free of errors over 2 minutes of testing?

PS: I'm going to bed now. I'll check this thread in the morning.
