Overclocking 3570K

According to CPU-Z my frequency changes, it doesn't always say my 3570K runs @ 3.4GHz, if I recall correctly, this is an energy-saving feature that would prevent the CPU to run at stock speed if it wasn't needed. Now, I remember there was a feature on the BIOS for the E2160 that I could disable so that the CPU would run at it's full speed at all times, is there something similar with the i5's? If so, what is it called?
