Overclocking 3870 and Vista 64

I just got my HIS 3870 IceQ 3 and am looking to boost its performance. All stock clocks (processor, ram, and videocard) I ran a 3dmark06 at 8876. I was pretty happy with that, but aiming to crack a 9k run.

Problem is I cant find anything that OC on Vista Ultimate 64. I have tried ATItool 0.27b2 and it has the timings for the GPU and RAM greyed out.

I also tried the newest Rivatuner and it doesn't even have the option to change the clocks, only will allow me to change my refresh rate :/

So can anyone point me in the right direction of a good OC'ing util?

Aren't you suppose to run 3dmark at its stock graphic settings? Cause you should be hitting 10k.

With a quad core 10k would be about right. And even for dual cores intels got a decent lead right now.

I just OC'd my processor up to 3.0GHz from 2.6GHz. The HIS card runs at 780/1130, HIS also offers the same card juiced up more at 850/1180. So if I can find an OC util that will work I would thinking jumping the clocks up that far should push me a good ways into the 9k area.

There you can see the highest 3dmark score by a dual core single 3870 is: *12* department76 - Athlon X2 @ 3.5ghz 3870 @ 862 Core 1200 Mem 3dmark 10952 OS - Vista Ultimate

His CPU has 500MHz on me, vid card has 82 MHz on my core and 70 MHz on my RAM. I was hoping for better results, was hoping for 10k a little sad, but my old x1950pro and this setup clocked in at 5100 so almost a 4k increase is good enough :p

Also I did run 3dmark at the stock 1280x1024, didn't touch any settings.

I really need an OC util now, 10k here I come.
