Overclocking AMD 5600+

I'm currently overclocking my AMD X2 5600+ (2.8MHz Stock). I had the FSB at 226, and the multiplier at 14x, and after running ORTHOS for about 20 seconds, I got the Hardware Failure message. I went down to 224 and got the same message about 2 minutes later. Do I have to up the voltage? My temps are 28c idle (at 224) and 41 load, so I don't think thats an issue.

Also, I was wondering how on earth you go about OCing RAM.

I would up the voltage a lil bit. You overclock the ram when you overclock the CPU, so this may be why your getting hardware issues.

If you dont want to overclock your memory go into your bios and bump your memory from 800 to 667 then start raising your FSB.

Ok, I think I'm gonna keep it at 222 MHz FSB and the multiplier @ x14. I had to up the stock CPU voltages to 1.375v, and I think it's stable there.
