Overclocking AMD 64bit 5200+ duel core HELP

Hey guys, I'm experimenting with my CPU, I have something in my BIOs called "Overclock AI" which automatically overclocks the CPU but it only lets me get up to 10% with that said. I currently have it at 10% OCd and at 100% load The CUP temp sits right around 30C If i'm not mistaken thats a pretty low temp. I feel like I can overclock a bit more. My question is what is a safe temperature to be at? and if I leave the voltage on "auto" will that automatically adjust the voltage to whatever I OC to?

voltage needs to be set manually. what temp is that at seems to low for 100% load. also what is ur cpu cooler.
