overclocking AMD Sempron 3200+ Manila Core Help!

Help me guys i need to know the maximum & stable CPU Frequuency(200-300mhz),Memory Timing,Ht Speed(1-5x),NPT Vid control(up to 1.375v i think) & PCIE Clock.
Here is my specs:
GeForce 6100 SM-M
AMD Sempron 3200+ Manila Core
512 mb kingston ddr 667
256mb GeForce 7100 GS

Please Help Give Some Results Or Anything:(
 
Most Semprons I,ve had overclock pretty good. Since you have DDR2 677 bump it back to 533. I,m pretty sure all Semprons run the HT at X4, set it to X3. Set your PCIe bus at 100mhz. Then just start raising your Bus up a few MHZ at a time till it gets unstable then back it off some. If you want to go any higher you will have to bump your CPU voltage in small amounts at a time, but keep a eye on your CPU temp. if you start raising the voltage.

But what about the PCI-E Clock can I increase it? And If I increase it how many? And also will it affect my gaming performance?:(
