Overclocking an i5-7400 in a pre-built Dell

How would I do it?

I'm already running 3.00GHz

Isn't that enough speed. I play Civ VI and occasionally some video editing.

Can't overclock a non-K sku intel processor.

Here's the ark info from Intel. It boosts up to 3.50ghz when under load.

I forgot all about that. Yeah, I remember that now.

But I sure am glad to find out that that sucker will jump up to 3.50GHz when it gets under pressure.

That's pretty cool. Now if only this CPU were hyperthreaded. However, I'm playing Civ VI right now and the response and terrain generator are working great!
