I just bought a Core 2 Duo and an Intel mobo combo package. I know that Intel mobo's aren't traditionally the greatest for OC'ing, but there is a small set of three jumper pins, and the diagram says the following:
1. Jumper pins 1 and 2 = normal
2. Jumper pins 2 and 3 = Customization
3. Jumper off = Recovery
So does #2 "config" mean that I can overclock on the Intel board??
Also a little side q, are they simply not putting IDE ports on motherboards anymore? I have 6 SATA's, but unless I'm blind I don't see an IDE.
Mobo: Intel® Desktop Board DG965WH
Thanks to all.
