Overclocking Athlon X2 +4200

My system idles at around 33C-34C degrees with it being overclock. Specs in my sig.
When I stress the system it reaches about 60C. SO I was just wondering is this normal to heat up almost 30C degrees?
I am using stock heatsink and fan.

Yeah that alittle hot but the idle is not bad. Stock heatsinks and fans do well at stock settings but when overclocking they have a harder time keeping the temp down.

My Windsor 4200+ idles at 27*C and overclocked to 2.6 and stressed gets to 52*C but I also have the 65W version.

Well I don't want to double post, but it's better than making another thread.

I was stressing my computer and it said the cpu temp was 65C, but when I touch the heatsink on the cpu I could hold it there and it didn't feel to hot and I could leave my finger on there no problem. And my core temps were reading around 45C, this sounds alot more possible, because I heard somewhere you could'nt touch 55C > for more than a second or two without it burning you.
And in most cases the core temps go above the cpu temps in stress tests, so is it possible my cpu sensor is off?
