Overclocking cooling question

Aight i decided to build my first custom comp and i will be running a intel Pentium D 830 Smithfield 800MHz FSB LGA 775 Dual Core, EM64T Processor with a stock frequency of 3.0ghz. I plan to do a little overclocking work and i am going to be running a number of fans but as far as my CPU goes i was looking into liquid cooling. Any way i was wondering what your guys's opinions were on the following cooling system ( Thermaltake BigWater CL-W0005 120mm Sleeve Liquid Cooling System ) . If not this one which one would u sugest. Btw ill be using either 1 gig or 2 gigs (havent decided yet) of dual channel DDR2 pc2 4300 and the following mobo link

Well that w/c kit is designed to be an entry level kit that's easy to get up and running ... and it serves that role well. Personally i'd go for a custom configuration where you pick out your resivoir, rads, blocks and tubing all independently :)
