Overclocking Error: CMOS Checksum Bad

I get this error whenever I raise my FSB past 149. I had my memory clocked down to 400Mhz, and I've had my vCore between 1.35-1.4. I have my FSB at 149 now, and I'm having no troubles what so ever, but when I hit 150, I get that error. Any ideas on how to fix this would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Did you try replacing the CMOS battery?

I dont know if it will work, but you could try upgrading the BIOS to the newest version.

I'm pretty sure my BIOS is up to date, the last release was 1/26/2006. I might try replacing the CMOS battery, but I want to get some more opinions.

Ok, I got my CPU to go to 150 FSB, but it wont go any further. After I reboot at >150, the system attempts to reboot, and the power fluctuates, the computer turns on for a few seconds, turns off, then turns back on and gives me the error. I'm using the default voltage, and I bumped my memory to 400/CL3.
