Overclocking GPu

Okay I know when it comes to o/cing anything its not good b/c it voids the warrenty n such but whats a safe o/c & temp for GPUs? How long will they last in the longrun if you keep them o/ced? My stock settings for my GPU were 351 for core and 658 for memory. I have it o/ced to 431 for core and 708 for memoy. With additional cooling it stays around 38-45c when im not playing any games and when i do play games it goes upto 65-70c at the most.

Temps

Those temps sound fine for a Geforce card. As long as you aren't crashing while playing games, seeing artifacts, or tearing then you are stable. Should be good to go. :D
