Hello. I'm assembling a new computer that has Intel Celeron G555 dual core processor and a AMD HD6570 graphic card. So can you tell me what frquency might be the best for that cpu (it has 2.7 ghz). Also the same for the graphics card (it has 650 mhz processor and a 1 ghz memory frquency)? So what would he the best frquencies without frying them?

you will want to upgrade your cooling on the CPU if you want to overclock, but unless your seeing performance issues, id suggest looking for a more powerful gpu vs overclocking the graphics card.

Neither of these are really made to overclock, although i've had some celerons ridiculously fast.
which motherboard are you using? in my experience low/mid range amd cards artifact at the slightest overclock, but with a p67/z68/z77 chipset you should be able to get your cpu up to 3.0 (you wont have much multiplier to play with so blck @ 110 will give you just under 3.0
This will make alot of heat, and require pretty decent quality memory
