Overclocking my I7 3930K CPU.

Hello folks.

I have an Intel Core I7 3930k CPU in my gaming rig. Now this CPU is a good one, so therefor i should be able to get more than the stock 3.20 GHz out of it, right?

Can anyone give me a good solid step by step guide on how to overclock this CPU? I've googled it, but never found something that i could use.
