Overclocking my Video card

I have a Nvidia Gefore 6600 256ram AGP video card, I'm working on a new computer build but I would like to overclock this for the time being. how would I got about doing that?

You can use RivaTuner or CoolBits. CoolBits is simpler to use for a beginner while RivaTuner has more advanced options.

Even though CoolBits works, I still prefer ATI Tool because of it's artifact scanning capability.

I tried ATI tool and I couldnt get it to find my video card, and i couldnt overclock it

i beleive that

i beleive that nvidia has its own overclocking utility, which automatically has specified clock speeds which have been tested for artys and all those nasty buggers, but i do beleive u have to edit ur registry to access it, im sure of it. Perhaps look in google.
