overclocking problem please help

i over clocked a computer socket 754 i think but not sure and when i start it the screen wont turn on ats wrong with it?
 
There's a little battery on your comps motherboard, remove it and unplug your comp from the wall for, say, 5 minutes should be enough (for some comps this works instantly, some you might have to leave unplugged overnight...).
 
lol it happened to me as well i was shit scared haha

as this is my new £700 computer and 1st time at over clocking

i should have tried it on my other crap comp 1st lol

search reset motherboard bios in Google that's what i did and it shown me pics etc on what to do and how
