overclocking problem

i got my fsb from 200 to 253 (about 2.03Ghz from 1.6Ghz), but when i go higher then that, i get a blue screen when i get to the logon screen in windows, and sometimes it says its the ati driver, i tried re-installing windows but the same thing happens, and when i used clockgen, i was able to get it to 2.3Ghz, and i ran cpu benchmarks and it worked fine, but once i ran a video benchmark, i got the blue screen. So im thinking that its something with the video card, do i need to up the voltage a bit? or do i need to get a better gpu cooling system?

Jack the voltage and you'll be ok ... you dont need to do anything with the videocard unless you're overclocking the videocard
