Probably not. Chances are that no overclocking tool is going to work for Intel GMA, and even if it is, the heat applies here as well - laptops aren't designed for overclocking and if you push any components past theirs limits chances are the heat is going to kill them.but is it possible to actually improve the performance of your graphic card. I have a intel x3100 and since its shared, i cannot do much when it comes to gaming.
