Overclocking question on AMD 8120

Hello. I have a question.
March 2012, I built my first computer, and the other day I helped build my brothers 2nd rig. I am finally at that point where I would like to overclock her. With the components I have, is there any suggestions on how I should go about this or what I should do?

Here is my computer:
1. ASUS M5A97 AM3+ AMD 970
2. G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866
3. Cooler Master Hyper N520
4. Rosewill BLACKHAWK Gaming ATX Mid Tower
5. EVGA GeForce GTX 550 Ti (Fermi)
6. AMD FX-8120 Zambezi 3.1GHz
 
verry simple but how high if its possible you whant to go, mayby 4.0ghz or 4.2ghz is possible on air, but i dont now how good that cooler is.
this whas my setting on the fx 8120 but with the sabertooth 990fx mobo.

set the memory manual to the speed that the are, ai overclock tuner to manual and cpu ratio to the speed you whant, cpu vcore 1.325 in bios, llc high, cpu/nb 1.25vcore cool and quit enabled (yes I now better to disable it) and the rest is disabled (all power options dissable.
