overclocking questions

hi guys!
i was wondering if anyone knows any software to overclock my pc. iv gotten 250 to 320 mhz on fsb but my cpu is still 2.33 ghz. idk how to overclock my cpu. some software suggestions here? also, specs are in my signiture

You don't use software, yoiu go into BIOS. I would Google on how to overclock the p5gc-mx.
