Overheating in AMD x2 Dual Core

Hello

I have a 560w computer power adaptor, an AMD x2 dual core +5000 2.61 and a gforce 8600 gt.
Suddenly the computer started to turn off and a the gforce capacitor was burned.
I changed the capacitor and now the video card works properly.
But the problem persists. The computer is turning off.
I installed two akasa cooling fans of 8mm to "cool" the system, but when i use speedfan, the gpu and the cpu are very hot.
The gpu is 93 º C and the CPU is 51 º C.
What should i do?
Thank you :)

Use something like HWmonitor to monitor the temps.
If that processor temp comes from an idle point, you won't need much to let your pc shut down automatically...
Its max is 55-68c.
My Athlon x2 5000+ doesn't
reach 51c in load, and it is overclocked.
Look if there is any dust on the CPU heatsink, also try re-applying the thermal paste

The gpu temp is even worse, check for any dust under the fans, or is it passively cooled?

I reapplied the thermal paste and the cpu temperature is going down, but suddenly the speedfan icon appears hot.
I cleaned the dust from the gpu, but my video card is still very hot.
I really don´t know what´s going on.
My gpu has a nvidia cooler connected on the gpu and a heat sink. They are good.
I saw some coolers in a store but they don't change anything.
These are the pictures.
Thank you :)

I´ve bought an Evercool GPU Cooler. The GPU was on 103 º C when the computer is idle, now it is on 74º C. Is it a good temperature?
Is this overheating?
I´ve read that a good temperature is something between 40 and 50 º C.

I would:

1. Ensure you GPU doesn't have a bios update (some did from that era)
2. Crank fan on GPU to 100% and see if that helps (use MSI Afterburner)
3. Repalce thermal paste on GPU. You will probably need thermal pads as well as thermal paste.
4. What exact 560W PSU?

speedfan is the worst program I ever known to measure your temps...
I use hwmonitor for my athlon, other programs just don't work lol.
the hottest core should show the real temp. (since there's a big difference between core 1 &2 over here :P)
