First you need a typical Welcome to the Computer Forum! http://www.computerforum.com/70672-official-welcome-thread.html plus the reminder given to all new members to review the http://www.computerforum.com/52038-forum-rules.html
For assigning a home page with Internet Explorer, since the type of browser you are using wasn't specified, you simply go to the menu bar and bring down the "Tools" menu and click on internet options there. The current web page you are on or going to the one desired will be seen once you clck on the "use current page" option and click the "apply" button found at the bottom of the window there. You could have posted this in the Internet Discssions or Operating Systems sections as well.

i understand only one thing here.he wants to create his very own page.For software try Dreamweaver or frontpage or easiest of all Coffee Cup html editor..
btw, what's shell ? hey are you japanese ?
