p2 help please

hey i have a intel p2 in my garage i hooked it up and hooked the screen up and the monitor whent to sleep mode as it coundnt find any inputs of any kind so i thought it was my gpu so i recently got a p3 motherboard with intergrated graphics i hooked up my ram hard drive from my p2 and powerd it up again teh screen went on sleep mode the screen is a hp crt i used my tft monitor and the same thing happend what can it be help

my guess would be the RAM

if the ram was buggerd would that stop it from being posted up on my screen

Could be the RAM, the PSU, or The CPU isn't all the way in....

the psu powers everything its suppose to the cpu was allready installed and i doubt it would not be in on both boards
