p2p port blocking

Can any one tell me what ports ares uses as I am on a network and need to block the ports.

Are you using a p2p program like limewire or bearshare?

Oooh, here's something I just stumbled upon. It's got almost EVERY port imaginable in there. Just search for whatever program you need. if it's not in there, just do a search on google and you'll find it pretty easilly

no the ports not there at least I dont think. I have tried google but I never get an exact answer.

Well we need to know what you are trying to do... Unless you are trying to do something online(other than just surf and basic chatting) you should be able to leave them all closed.

...if that is not it, or you dont know how to open up ports please post back... and are you using a router?

I got Alcatel Speedtouch 510 Router and I got it running on an already script configured for Routed Settings, and now I need to know how I can block the ports Ares uses, then agian i've read that it uses random ports and that there is a way we can limit it's bandwidth? how can I do that? blocking would be the best!
