You might be able to, but what kind of computer is it? If its a Dell, HP, or manufactured computer like that, its probably been hacked so you cant alter it. Otherwise you would be able to make changes to OC it in the BIOS.
 
its a tiny pc, i dont know what difference that makes.....
on big manufacturers boards they hack out all of the overclocking features so that you cant oc and then claim on the warentty. On an old board like that it may be that the clock speed is jumper based (meaning little pins on the board), it could be somewhere in bios have a look. If you see neither...then it's probably because the manufacturer removed the feature.
Not that you would have got a huge oc anyway :)
 
so the computer manufacturere is TINYPC? If it is, it may have been hacked, but probably not, just go into the BIOS and in a few minutes you should find it.
