P3 case and P4 board

I have a Dell Dimension XPS T700r case for a Pentium III 700 CPU, will a MSI 661FM2-LSR Socket 478 SIS 661FX Micro ATX Intel Motherboard with on board video and a Northwood 2.0 Pentium 4 will it fit and work in that case?
That my next project for my daughter and any help would be appreciated :)
P.S I have that 4 plug adapter for a Pentium 4 board
 
I really doubt that it will work. Dell seems to like making custom mobos that fit their custom cases. You'll probably have to buy a brand new case for the new mobo.
 
look inside and measure the mobo and see if you can find another mobo thats about the same measurements. i think it would fit as it would be much cheaper for dell to use standard size or else custom made ones will probably cost more.
 
Dell use custom size boards ):. It would fit with some creative modding. You're better off just buying a new case tho.
