P4 640 vs 560

Lookin for a new processor, which would be my better all around bet...

P4 640 (3.2 Ghz, 2Mb L2 Cache)
P4 560 (3.6 Ghz, 1Mb L2 Cache)

Using Asus P5AD2 Premium mobo

the 560 offers better performance (1MB cache is faster than 2MB + 400MHz clock bonus), and if you wait a bit it will receive EM64T. If you want one now, I'd probably say the 640.

Dont they have something like a 650 or something? You can get the extra clock (compared to thre 640) + EM64T prolly for a close price to the 560
