P45 or X48

ok so im try to build another computer, but i cant figure out which chipset is bettr.
either the P45 or the X48 chipset.
here r my choices of motherboards.

P45:

Ive gone P45 with my ASUS P5Q-E motherboard. I hear x48 is better, but for the price, it gives a lot to consider.
