p5n32-e sli motherboard help! urgent!!

hey guys, i have just plugged everything into that brand new motherboard i bought. after, i hit the power buttom, i can see the CPU fan is running and the CD rom is running( after i put in the driver), the graphic card fan is running( ati x1950 pro PCI E ). But, here is the problem, it seems like my monitor is not getting any signal from my graphic card. So, without the monitor i definitly can not do anything and ofcourse i didnt get a chance to install the motherboard driver also.

so, help?? what seems to be the problem?

or are you suppose to install the BIOS before using that motherboard?

First you don't install the bios version since the factory programs the bios where you simply update it later. Generally you would hear an audio alert if the card is lifted up in the slot or bad upon receipt. Without a picture you won't be able to change the PCI/AGP setting to AGP very easy. Rechecking the connections and reseating the card itself would be the first thought.
