Packard Bell graphics card

Hi.

Yesterday I reset my computer to factory settings because it was very slow and I wanted to clean it up. The computer is a Packard Bell imedia S3710.

However when I did this, the graphics card (Nvidia Geforce GT 230) stopped working. If I try to install the drivers for it, it just says I don't have a graphics card. If I go to device manager it will not show up.

My screen is now connected directly to the computer instead of via the graphics card, so I at least can use my computer.

I would really appreciate help from you. :)

P.S. This is my first post.

The problem I see is that when there is a dedicated card installed, the onboard is disabled. So that would lead me to believe that either the 220 is totally dead or its just loose in the slot. Remove the side cover and remove and reinsert the video card to see if that works.

I understand what you mean, but the only thing I did was reinstalling windows. The card worked prefect before the reinstall, and I didn't do any changes on the hardware.
