Page doesn't load until refresh

Hi,

I have got this problem:
when i'm using internet very often happens that the page doesn't load until several refresh. Internet is connected, download works without stopping, only the webpage loading doesn't work sometimes. Weird... I reinstalled the whole windows... all browsers (opera, chrome, mozilla, explorer) do the same thing. Can someone help? Is it something with DNS?

If all broswers still do this after reinstalling windows, it could be your modem or router. Have you tried unplugging modem and router and wait a minute and then plug them back in?

Yep, I've tried it... and other notebooks, and PCs connected to network work well. Just this one particular notebook doesn't.
