Painting inside of case?

I was wondering the best way to paint the inside of a case. I have been trying to find a decent mid tower case with a nice large window and the few i have found all have standard bare metal insides and i was wondering the best way to go about painting the inside black if it can be done at home without any risk to the case or the hardware.

If you are going to paint the case, just make sure its completely dry and none of your components are touching the surface. My cousin painted the insides, but it looked terrible, maybe it was the type of paint he used. idk. I would suggest the corsair 650d. I have the 800D and its pretty amazing, im sure the 650d won't disapoint.

The best way to do it, is to actually take apart the case. It isn't too hard, you just need a drill with the correct drill bit to remove the rivets. You'll also need more rivets, and a pop rivet gun.

Where have you been looking at cases? How much do you want to spend on one?

i have been checking out newegg and they have a good may cases but i just cant see spending $200 on a mid tower case and the ones that I found with nice window either have silver insides or look like they are made of some fairly poorly. My case budget is around $50-$80.

I would love to be able to add a window and paint the inside of a HAF 912 that would make that case perfect to me.

Spray cans aren't hard to use. Just don't get in a hurry and spray light coats allowing it to tack up in between. Make the last coat full, wet, and even, just on the areas that are visible when the hardware's back in. Flat black is the most forgiving. Tape over the vent grills from the outside then mask the whole outside.
