Parental Control over a Network

hey guys.

on my home network I have 2 laptops which are wireless and 2 xbox360 consoles which are both on a wired connection.
My question is : is there any software available to download which can stop the kids using the xbox360 online during the night , because I dont have a problem with them using it during the day , but I dont want them up most of the night as well playing xbox live when they need to be up in the morning.

any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
 
Some routers allow you to set on/off times based on the MAC address of the device, I know Linksys has a few like this, although I can't give an exact model.
