Part swapping?

Here is the deal, I got a call today about some parts that I posted on here,Craigslist and Postaroo. Well this guy has a HP XT983 and he wants to know if the parts I'm selling will fit that PC. I have looked for the motherboard model of the XT983, but I cant seem to find it. The parts come out of a HP Vectra 6 series, here are the parts I'm selling

Would that matter if you are just switching out the video, and audio cards, why would the processor matter?
