partioned hard drive

hey guys, hopefully you can help me out again.
i have 2 hard drives:
250gb partitioned to 60gb and 170gb
500gb just one partition.

the 60gb is my system drive and it is getting pretty full with all my applications and stuff.
my 170gb has nothing on it, so is it possible readjust my partitions so that my 60 turns into say 120 and my 170 is smaller.

hey, i put on partition magic and did what i needed.

new problem, i need to make a copy of a network drive, i noticed that in partition magic you can copy a partition. is it possible to make a copy of a network drive with partition magic (oh n in partition magic it doesnt show the network drive)

or what is the easiest way to make an exact copy from a network drive.
