Partition Not Using Full Size

I have a 128GB partition on a hard drive for running the new Remix OS released earlier this month but only 17.1GB has been allocated and 110GB has been left unallocated, how can I force the partition to allocate this space and if I have to reformat the partition will a partition image restore effect the allocation.

Is the 17.1gb partition empty? If so you can delete it and start over to make it bigger. If the partition isn't empty then you can use mini tool partition wizard to take space from the unallocated area and give it to the other partition.

The unallocated space is a part of the partition, however an idea I had was possibly to have a 200MB partition as fat32 for loading grub and the rest of the drive as a exfat format. But I'm not sure how to get grub to run a file from another partition.
