Partitions part 2 Error?

DRIVER_UNLAODED_WITHOUT_CANCELLING_PENDING_OPERATIONS

partmgr.sys is the file it can't load? I have Xp disks in...This comes up after its half done reformatting a partition? Anyone able to tell me why it would do this? Thanks :D
 
Anyone please help? I just wamnt to format my damn computer and I get this tupid blue screen saying what was stated above :(
