Pascal and FrontPage

Every time I use/ run Turbo Pascal 7 or Front Page 2000 they uses 100% CPU which is driving up the wall. As soon as I stop running either of the programs, the CPU usage drops really low and then the fan quitens down. I try do a little work and the fan starts up like a jet engine every time.
Here is my spec:

Acer TravelMate 242LC
-----------------------------------------------------
CPU: Intel® Celeron 2.4GHz
LCD: 15.0" XGA TFT
RAM: 256MB DDR SDRAM
HDD: 30GB Ultra ATA/100
Optical: DVD/CDRW combo
Modem: 56K
LAN: 10/100Base T
Softload:Microsoft® Windows® XP (Home)
Operating System (OS): Microsoft® Windows® XP Home
System BOIS: BD/BOIS:2D/V1.12

------------------------------------------------------
I think it might have something to do with the RAM. What do you think?
I'm open to any suggestions

I wouldn't think that Front Page 2000 whould take up all your RAM I only have 256MB and Half-life 2 only takes up 65% of my CPU so there shudn't be any reason why the RAM is causing it. Maybe someone else has some more information

Your not going to believe this

I installed an Anti-Spyware software package last night and ran it. It found some spyware but wouldn't fix it/ remove them. So I left it till this morning. I uninstalled that one and installed Spybot Search & Destroy and ran that. It found 56 problems. I was missing quite a few files but it fix 30-40 of them. So I Restarted my laptop and did it again and again. I got it down to only a few problems.

Frontpage won't throw a spazz now/ it won't use all the CPU (Phew...that was close), but for some reason Pascal still uses all of the CPU evertime

P.S. I never had a reason to use Anti-Spyware but now I do. Can someone recommend a really really top grade Anti-Spyware (and the same for an Anti-Adware). I don't want to run into that problem again.

Tell you what, download the free trial of System Machanic 5 from www.iolo.com and run all the tools then see if that works. If it does then purchase and use it. It does help even havs a RAM booster tool :D

I found out why Frontpage was throwing a (spazz)/ heating up quickly. This problem occured when I was editing a page with a flash object in it like a game of tetris or something.
BTW: I still haven't found out why Turbo Pascal 7 is using 100% CPU though.

And? That should definately NOT make your CPU go to 100%. I often handle websites with flash objects in them, it's a common file used on a webpage/site. This is a pretty weird conclusion if you ask me...Have you tried just uninstalling the program then reinstalling?
