Password on External Hard Drives?

I was wondering if there are external hard drives that allow you to set a password for it, so that if someone were to (easily) steal the drive and attach it to their computer, they wouldn't be able to access the contents of the drive.

I'm also thinking that this wouldn't be necessary because I could just set passwords for each of the folders I store on it, right? ...

I'll post a link later... but there is an application your run and you run it off the external hard drive and you can password protect folders.

It is called Folder Protect
