Most schools would since they have to have strong filters inplace along with the high security settings. You could try a public library by writing down the information seen on the address bar and typing in later on a different system. Another problem could be the school's own ISP not being able to connect to the site there for some other reason.
I guess you are in a slight bind there alright! You may find abother site where something similar is seen for strictly online use while not being able to connect to the site where Kornowski unloaded his project there. Sometimes you can even find some old freewares around if you can download files and then run them on the machine there.
You would need to find some free ones for XP at this point however. I doubt some of the old 95-98 "freebies" would run there unless you used a program like DOSBox for old dos stuff. Is the system your own on their connection or school property?
