Paying Through Paypal Blocked.

When I try to pay for an item through paypal on a laptop that is networked wireless with another computer it doesnt allow but on the computer it does.

Is there something I have to allow on the computer/laptop to enable me to pay using the laptop?
 
The only thing that would be stopping it is if your using a different browser on your laptop, or you have certain settings disabled.
 
for instance, you might have disabled activex controls, or javascript (just examples).

I would open up the settings page on your desktop, and make sure all the settings are the same for the laptop. Tools > Internet Options.
 
The settings on both the desktop and laptop are the same. Any other ideas?

I can log into paypal with username/password on the laptop but just cannot pay.

A Message appeard saying No funds in the account. Any ideas?

You must be doing something wrong with your account, since as genius said it has nothing to do with the laptop.
 
I have checked through all the paypal user and account settings and nothing applies to what I'm trying to resolve.
Is paypal blocking the laptop because it has to go through the desktop to pay?
