Paypal Donation Meter

While i looked online for a donation meter, I can't find particularly what I am looking for. I need a meter that is relatively small, has a goal to reach and what we're at now. It has a % and a donate button. Something similar to what is on the right hand side on this clan website I ran into looking for meters. www.crackhousegaming.com I would like to have their meter, but get no response from asking about where they got it from. Any help?

Had a quick scope through the source code of their page, and it seems to be routing stuff through here.

Having had a look at their site, the instructions for handling the meaty bit seem to be here, but it doesn't look for the faint hearted ... all talk about paypal developers accounts and sandboxes etc.
